Saskatoon Mayor Charlie Clark spoke discussed budget challenges leading into 2023 following the annual State of the City hosted by the Saskatoon Chamber of Commerce. Clark said Saskatoon will continue to consult the provincial and federal government to ensure services and quality of life in Saskatoon are held to a standard.
