Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy compared “modern Russia” to Nazi Germany in an address to Ukraine on Monday, in the midst of the ongoing Russian invasion. “Unfortunately, evil has returned,” Zelenskyy said, before briefly referencing Second World War. “Just as evil rushed to our cities and villages then, it is doing so now.”
