Winnipeg mayor discusses fixing ‘sorry state’ of certain sections of Kenaston Boulevard

Winnipeg Mayor Scott Gillingham discussed plans to fix the “sorry state of certain sections” of major city thoroughfare Kenaston Boulevard on Friday. Gillingham said part of the $2.8 million earmarked for Kenaston Blvd’s widening in the 2023 budget will go towards a return-on-investment analysis.
