Michael Chong says Trudeau adviser aware of China’s alleged threat against Conservative MP

As Ottawa summons Cong Peiwu, China’s ambassador to Canada, over allegations of foreign interference, Conservative MP Michael Chong is contradicting earlier comments by Prime Minister Justin Trudeau. Chong now says CSIS told the Privy Council Office about China’s alleged plot to intimidate him two years ago, yet nothing was done. David Akin reports.
