Winnipeg police Insp. Elton Hall announced a major seizure of 3D-printed handgun lower receivers and manufacturing equipment on Thursday. Hall also said that with the record number of shootings recorded so far in 2023 he has seen a decline in certain types of shootings, which lead him to believe certain organized crime operations have been interrupted.
