A man falsely accused of stealing a car last year is suing the Montreal police for $125,000 in compensation. Brice Dossa was stopped and handcuffed by two SPVM officers. But even after police realized they had the wrong person, they couldn’t find the keys to unlock the handcuffs. Now Dossa wants compensation for what’s being considered a case of racial profiling.
