Dashcam video from a Fairfax County, Va. police vehicle captured the unbelievable moment an out-of-control car nearly ran over an officer during a traffic stop on Monday morning. According to reports, the 17-year-old driver of the BMW and two passengers had minor injuries. The driver of the grey Sedan was taken to hospital with minor injuries. The police officer also had minor injuries.
