The manhunt for the man accused of shooting and killing five of his neighbours last Friday came to an end Tuesday after police said they arrested the suspect. Francisco Oropeza was captured without incident in a city near Cleveland, where the shooting occurred. Police say they still need to confirm the suspect is Oropeza, but if it is confirmed, he will be charged with first-degree murder.
