Scarborough transit planning put off over funding questions

The Scarborough RT will be decommissioned this fall, forcing transit users onto buses with longer commutes. There are plans to reduce travel times, but one plan is being put off with the hope the province will pay for the designs, much to the disappointment of transit users and a Scarborough councillor.
