Speaking on Monday, Toronto Police Chief Myron Demkiw identified Cristian Cuxum as Canada’s number one most wanted fugitive. Cuxum shot and killed Edwin Farley Alvarado Quintero in October 2022, and is facing charges of second-degree murder and two counts of attempted murder.
