The Treasury Board says the offer it presented to the Public Service Alliance (PSAC) on Friday was “final” and included an enhanced wage offer. The union hasn’t yet commented on the offer but as Mackenzie Gray reports, the move by the federal government increases the chances it will introduce back-to-work legislation.
