Surrey policing ‘recommendation’ creates more uncertainty

Instead of announcing a decision on the future of policing in Surrey, B.C.’s Public Safety Minister instead made a ‘recommendation’ the transition to the Surrey Police Service should go ahead. As Richard Zussman reports, that lack of certainty is expected to cause more delay.
