This weekend, Make a Wish Canada is celebrating 40 years of granting life-changing wishes to critically ill children. Saturday is World Wish Day, marking the anniversary of the first wish in 1980 that was granted to a 6-year-old leukemia patient in Phoenix, Arizona.
