Ottawa has signed a contract with the Canadian Sporting Arms and Ammunition Association to help kickstart a planned buyback of banned firearms. As Nicole Stillger reports, the federal government is calling it a significant milestone but Alberta retailers, some of whom say they’ve lost half their business, are left in limbo with few answers.
