B.C. Health Minister Adrian Dix announced on Wednesday that Telus Health has agreed to comply with the Medicare Protection Act and will make changes to its LifePlus program. British Columbia’s Medical Services Commission had filed an injunction last December in the B.C. Supreme Court against Telus Health, alleging the company was breaking the Medicare Protection Act.
