Regina Police Chief Evan Bray reflected on Tuesday about the ties between the COVID-19 pandemic and crime stating that police are seeing more domestic disputes and suicide attempts, in addition to substance-related issues. Bray added that some of the issues persist as the city returns to its pre-pandemic normal.
