Canadian government changing air travel rules

The federal government says it is tightening rules governing airlines to give passengers more protection when flights are delayed or canceled. As Sean O’Shea reports, the transport minister says compensation will be paid faster and the owners will be on airlines to prove the they’re not responsible.
