Therme, the company behind a controversial waterpark and spa which is set to take over a major portion of Ontario Place, has signed a 95-year lease with the province of Ontario, Global News has learned. Neither Therme nor the Ontario government would publicly confirm the details of the contract, citing confidentiality.
