Fox Corp., Fox News and Dominion Voting Systems reached a settlement on Tuesday in the company’s defamation lawsuit against the broadcaster, just before a trial was set to begin on how the network chased viewers over its claims about the 2020 presidential election. Dominion Voting Systems said the settlement was for $787.5 million.
