Saskatoon Tribal Council Chief Marc Arcand said on Friday that visitors who stay at the īkwēskīcik iskwēwak Women’s Centre are selected carefully by case plan. The capacity is limited to 18 spaces with 100 applicants on the waiting list. “At the end of the day, they decide if they want quality of life and I look at this as an investment,” Arcand said.
