Dartmouth councillor calls for more public housing as supply remains stagnant

Halifax deputy mayor and Dartmouth councillor Sam Austin took to Twitter on Tuesday, commenting on the provincial government’s lack of social housing plans in the new budget. As Megan King reports, it’s been more than 25 years since new public housing units have been built in HRM.
