Residents wonder is government’s Downtown Eastside strategy is helping

City crews descended on Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside to clear tents and other structures for the third straight day. The sustained action comes almost five months after the province promised to coordinate action to improve the area and as Kristen Robinson reports, residents question whether there’s been any improvement.
