Manitoba Regional Director of ‘Moms Stop The Harm’ network Arlene Last-Kolb spoke on Monday following the NDP’s announcement to delay Manitoba’s Bill 33, which is designed to implement licensing and inspections for facilities delivering addiction treatment. Last-Kolb criticized Bill 33, saying that the introduction of Bill 33 demonstrates Manitoba’s lack of interest in harm reduction. “We need to support the people that help the people,” Last-Kolb said.
