City of Peterborough cuts Wolfe Street emergency overflow shelter operating hours

Despite the City of Peterborough re-upping its funding to the emergency overflow shelter on Wolfe St. this year, it has come at a cost of limiting the 24-hour facility to only overnight. As the new operating hours come into effect this weekend, community advocates are now calling for municipal action.
