Melissa Morrisseau is one of many supporters of Victoria McIntosh who attended Winnipeg’s Law Courts on Thursday to hear the outcome of a historic assault case involving a former residential school priest, Arthur Masse. Morrisseau said although the courtroom was quiet when the verdict was handed down, nobody heard Victoria as a child or as a survivor.
