Saskatoon-born chef reflects on creating menu, cooking for President Biden during his first visit to Canada

National Arts Centre executive chef Kenton Leier, who hails from Saskatoon, reflected Wednesday on cooking for President Joe Biden. Leier said that security was very strict and the menu took a few drafts but received many glowing reviews in the end. “Catering for a 400-person, off-site event is complicated at the best of times, never mind adding the President to the list”, Leier said.
