Poilievre pays condolences to Quebec police officer killed, claims ‘crime wave’ due to Trudeau and NDP policies

Conservative Party Leader PIerre Poilievre offered his condolences on Wednesday to the family of Quebec provincial police officer Sgt. Maureen Breau, who was killed during an attempted arrest on Monday in Louiseville, Que. He then went on to say her death was part of “a wave of crime and chaos, drugs and disorder” that were the consequences of Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and the NDP’s policies. He went on to speak about recent deaths, including a 16-year-old teen killed at a TTC station last week and a man killed this past weekend in front of his family outside a Vancouver Starbucks.
