Canadians have mixed opinions on the artificial intelligence software called ChatGPT, according to a new poll conducted exclusively by Ipsos for Global News, but the results depend on respondents’ knowledge of the product. Among those who are familiar with ChatGPT, 45 per cent think it is a good thing, with just 31 per cent in opposition. But among those who haven’t heard of it, only two in 10 feel the development of this type of AI is good, while three in 10 say it’s a bad thing.
