Saskatchewan Finance Minister Donna Harpauer said on Wednesday that the provincial budget will “work to bring staffing to a higher level than prior to the pandemic.” Harpauer reported that the province has recruited 400 health care workers from the Philippines and included aggressive measures to retain in-province health-care staff.
