78 stolen vehicles recovered as Peel police work to target car theft ‘epidemic’

Peel Regional Police say 78 stolen vehicles have been recovered as part of Project R&R and charges have been laid against four people. Police chief Nishan Duraiappah calls the rash in auto thefts “an epidemic in Ontario.”
