Liberals say provinces have committed to ‘national credentials recognition’ for health-care workers

Health Minister Jean-Yves Duclos responded to questions by Conservative Leader Pierre Poilievre calling for a “blue seal” test to license doctors and nurses trained abroad or in different provinces, saying “it is happening.” He said that provinces had sent a letter committing to “implementing national credentials recognition.”
