Winnipeg Police Service’s Const. Dani McKinnon spoke on Monday about a reported attack on a man in his 60s who said he was stabbed with a hypodermic needle at a restaurant in the 1600 block of Regent Avenue West. McKinnon said the victim distracted the alleged needle-stabber while police arrived.
