Conservatives plan to tackle housing crisis

Federal Conservative Party Leader Pierre Poilievre is in Vancouver and says he has a plan to help with the housing market. His party’s plan includes removing what he calls gatekeepers and offering rewards for the cities who speed up the home building process. Richard Zussman has more.
