Vancouver Island health authority tests washroom sensors capable of detecting overdoses

Island Health is testing sensor technology to monitor for overdoses in washrooms across a handful of different clinical settings. It’s described as a sort of reverse motion sensor that comes into play when someone stops moving. As Kylie Stanton reports, the system has already saved a life.
