Ottawa announces $23M in funding to improve rail capacity in Surrey

The federal transport minister is announced a $23 million investment to expand rail capacity in Surrey. Under the National Trade Corridors Fund, the money will go to Global Agriculture Trans-loading Inc. Omar Alghabra says the investment will help the systems operate more efficiently.
