Winnipeg Mayor Scott Gillingham discussed some of the morning delegations concerning the city’s 2023 budget from the executive policy committee at City Hall on Thursday. Gillingham said the budget had set aside funding for safety improvements but those improvements have yet to be identified by the forthcoming city safety audit.
