Quebec Premier François Legault told media on Tuesday that upon hearing about the Amqui, Que., car crash incident, he felt “terrible” because it’s the second time within a month a tragedy of this sort occurred. Police said they believe the suspect, who killed two pedestrians and injured nine other after plowing into them with his car, premeditated the act. In February, a bus crashed into a Laval, Que., daycare, killing two children.
