Speaking to reporters in Bridgewater, N.S., on Tuesday, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau expressed his condolences for the community and families affected by the “horrific” vehicle collision in Amqui, Que. According to police, a man is expected to appear in court Tuesday after he allegedly plowed into pedestrians — killing two of them and injuring nine others — in what investigators believe was a “premeditated” act.
