Bank of Canada not ruling out additional rate hikes

After a year of aggressive rate hikes, The Bank of Canada is holding its key interest rate steady at 4.5 per cent but as Laval University Economics Professor Stephen Gordon explains, that doesn’t mean we’ve seen the end of rate increases.
