Child killed in dog attack on northern Alberta First Nation

A five-year-old boy was attacked by dogs and died on the Whitefish Lake First Nation, north of Edmonton, earlier this week. As Sarah Komadina explains, the child was in the care of Alberta Children’s Services and his family has been left with serious questions.
