N.S. and N.B. look at implications of scaled-back Canada health funding

The federal government announced today Friday it is clawing back $82 million dollars from eight provinces for offering private health care. New Brunswick and Nova Scotia have been dinged a combination of $2.6 million dollars. As Callum Smith reports, both provinces are looking into the implications.
