‘It’s disrupting our biological clock’: a critique of Daylight Saving Time

Daylight Saving Time will bring an additional hour of natural daylight to our afternoon schedule, and bring additional debate on the century-old practice. Joseph De Koninck is a psychology professor at University of Ottawa. He joined Noor Ibrahim to dive into the harms that come with the time change, including sleep deprivation.
