A year ago, Kateryna Radchenko and her kids arrived in Edmonton from Ukraine and had to restart life from scratch. Now, the pastry chef is helping other newcomers overcome barriers to finding jobs in Alberta and on Wednesday, the Ukrainian Canadian Congress- Alberta Provincial Council hosted a job fair.
