Winnipeg high school provides food security for 1,700 students, despite rising food costs

Grade 12 Sisler High School student Ryan Malabanan spoke on Wednesday about the school breakfast club and food supply program.
Malabanan has been volunteering with the breakfast club each morning for the past three years. Students can access food throughout the day with in-class snack bins or programs, which Malabanan says, makes a positive impact on students’ mindset.
