Former residential school priest Arthur Masse, who faces charges of indecent assault on a 10-year-old student of Fort Alexander more than 50 years ago, was seen leaving Winnipeg’s Law Courts with his legal council on Tuesday afternoon following the first day of the trial. His accuser, Victoria McIntosh, said she feels a sense of relief and “this is only one person. This is Canada’s secret that needs to come out.”
