Advocacy group alleges incident of anti-Black racism at TDSB school

The group, Parents of Black Children, says a six-year-old was detained in an isolation room and was allegedly called unbearable and obnoxious by his teacher. The Toronto District School Board is now investigating. Marianne Dimain reports.
