Metrolinx to pay millions to reduce Toronto transit delays

A Toronto committee has approved a construction contract, attempting to reduce impacts from Metrolinx subway construction. Transit users are still expected to experience nearly a year of transferring to shuttle buses. But many councillors are blasting the province’s transit agency. Accusing it of being ill-prepared to carry out work in a complicated urban environment. City Hall reporter Matthew Bingley has more on the story.
