Crime top of mind at city hall today as the RCMP presented its latest report to council on crime trends in the city. No surprise–certain crimes were up significantly but as Klaudia Van Emmerik reports, the city’s mayor says three crime-fighting initiatives will soon be unveiled to make the city, and especially the downtown core, safer.
