UK, EU agree on deal to open up cross-border trade to Northern Ireland

U.K. Prime Minister Rishi Sunak outlined the pegs of the Windsor Framework, solidified after a meeting with EU Commission President Ursula von der Leyen, which will open up cross-border trade between the EU and Northern Ireland, which shares a border with the Republic of Ireland.
