‘It was time to do something myself’: Peterborough woman begins third humanitarian aid tour in Ukraine

After a year of war in the Ukraine, one woman from Peterborough is spreading the message that every action counts in helping the war-torn country.
Chloë Black is back overseas for the third time, hoping that her actions make a difference in the lives of people and animals who fear they have been forgotten.
